Frequently asked questions
- Do you place clinicians outside the UAE? Yes. Through the Ambuce Rescue Team group we deploy clinicians internationally — short-term missions, embedded onsite teams and rotational staffing — alongside our UAE operation. UAE and international placements run from the same clinical playbook.
- What licences and qualifications do your clinicians hold? Every clinician we place is licensed by the regulator of the country they operate in — or, where international qualifications apply, those are vetted against the local scope of practice before deployment. Clinical training is European-standard, with BLS, ACLS, PHTLS and ITLS held across the team.
- How fast can you mobilise a clinician or team? Mobilisation is scoped to your timeline at proposal stage — once credentialing, visas and logistics are cleared, clinicians are inducted, equipped and on-site.
- Can clinicians work into our existing rota and chain of command? Yes. Our clinicians integrate into your existing HSE framework, rota and chain of command — uniformed to your standard or ours, working to your SOPs while we manage credentialing, compliance and continuity behind the scenes. For a fully turnkey site clinic — structure plus staff — see corporate & onsite medical.
- What back-end support is included? Every placement is backed by our 24/7 control centre for medical command, escalation, telemedicine support and operational coordination — plus HSE-aligned reporting, monthly clinical reviews and audit-ready case files. Patient movements between sites and facilities are coordinated through our patient transport fleet.
